Do you charge extra to come out to Highfields?
No. Highfields is about fifteen minutes up the New England Highway from our base, so it's inside our everyday service area and free quotes apply the same as they do in Toowoomba. If a charge ever applied to a specific job, you'd hear it before booking, not after.
Can you work on acreage properties, rainwater tanks and septic systems?
Yes. Plenty of Highfields properties run rainwater tanks, pressure pumps and on-site septic systems, especially on the acreage blocks up on the range. That's everyday work, from tank and pump problems through to drainage and septic excavation with our own machine.
How soon can you get to Highfields?
Highfields jobs go into the normal weekly run, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm. Call with the problem and we'll give you a realistic time on the phone, not a vague window.
